About Peeples Capital Limited
The Company was founded in 2012 when a group of investors saw it fit to pool together their resources-capital, networks, knowledge and expertise- in order to tap into some of the great opportunities in East Africa and Sub Saharan Africa.
Peeples Capital Limited is a private company limited by shares formed under the 2008 Kenya Companies Act (Chapter 486 of the Laws of Kenya) (“Cap 486”).
At the heart of the company’s goals is maximization of shareholder wealth. Peeples Capital Limited has its headquarters in Nairobi (Kenya).
Many promising projects languish in the exploration or feasibility stage due to difficulties in accessing financing for project design, construction and production. The high capital risk and expertise gap associated with the sector have continued to pose significant challenges for accessing private sector funding and investments.
Recognizing the need to bridge the funding and expertise gap, Peeples Capital Limited came into operation for the sole purpose of mitigating these circumstances to deploy project development funding and technical advisory. So as to fast-track the closure and operations of commercial-scale projects within East and Sub Saharan Africa.
